Yes, you can improve your English just by writing and helping others!
How does it work?
- A student writes a short blog, between 100 and 300 words.
- The student sends the blog for approval by our teachers.
- The blog is posted - with mistakes!
- Other students read the blog and make corrections by writing comments.
- After students make corrections, our native speaking English teachers will read the blog and comments, and make the final corrections!
Who can write blogs?
Any English student - intermediate level or higher - from anywhere in the world!
I want to write! How can I get involved?
Send us a message with your contact details and a short sample of your writing. Once we verify your identification and English level, we will send you an email and add you as a contributor.
What does it cost?
Your first 5 blogs are absolutely free! After this, you will be charged for a one year subscription. That's just $x per month for very valuable English help! Much less than the cost of a private lesson!
Are there any rules?
Yes. We have some very simple rules. These rules are meant to make this blog an interesting and educational experience for everyone. Please read them carefully.
- Students must ALWAYS be courteous and friendly. No negative feedback or foul language is allowed. If you correct someone's blog, please correct in a helpful and encouraging way.
- Students can choose any topic for their blog, but please don't choose a controversial topic. People from other countries, races, religions, and beliefs will read your blog. If we think your blog will offend anyone, we will not allow it to be published.
- Students are allowed to write up to three (3) blogs in one month. If you don't write a blog, it's OK, but it will be more helpful if you do!
- Students MUST correct at least three (3) blogs in one month. Helping other students is very important to your success, their success, and the success of this blog! We will monitor the number of corrections you make. If you are not making enough corrections, you will be removed from the blog.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who is not following these rules, at any time.
What are you waiting for? Let's get started today!
